The matchup between Dulaney and Perry Hall wasn’t necessarily a must-watch on the Baltimore County schedule Friday evening. But those who attended got their monies-worth.
The Gators outscored the Lions, 94-84, in a 3A/4A match on Ebenezer Road. Senior forward Rich Mason had a game-high 33 points, and Chris Sokolis added 27 for the Gators (3-12, 2-2).
DaVante Farrell (13) and Matt Wood (11) also scored in double figures for Perry Hall, which scored 57 points in the second half. Senior guard Alex Frederick led four double-digit scorers for Dulaney (7-9, 2-3) with 18 points, and junior guard Kevin Harrison had 16.
The Lions will play at Catonsville Wednesday evening while Perry Hall host Hereford.

Junior guard Chris Hutchinson scored 16 points, and Stuart Clarke added 15, leading New Town to an easy decision over Western Tech in 1A/2A action. Seniors Kendrick Brown and James Black each had 14 and 13, respectively for the Owings Mills school (8-6, 3-1) which led 56-23 at halftime.
Donzel Mooney led all scorers with 32 points for Western Tech (3-11, 1-3). The Wolverines host defending county champ and No. 3 Randallstown Wednesday evening. New Town host Sparrows Point.

Junior guard Frederick Sellers scored 12 points and senior center Brandon Osefoh added 10 as Pikesville defeated Sparrows Point in 1A/2A action. The Panthers (10-4, 3-2) led 33-14 at intermission as they won the second straight decision.
